The Client is a leading electronics retail store in Australia with over 150 stores. They were looking for an order management solution which can process high number of orders effectively which are placed on their website and across 150 stores using cloud platform.
Solution:
- Orders in NEW state displayed on Picking PDA based on store and product availability.
- If products unavailable, purchase order raised to manufacturer.
- Store person picks and marks products as Picked, then moves to Packing App.
- Order received for packing with packaging details, products packed, and marked as Packed.
- Shipment ID generated and sent to third-party website for tracking.
- Updates received from third-party website and customer informed.
